Tiffany Ruth, MD, is a board-certified physician and vein specialist with over 25 years of experience practicing medicine. Dr. Ruth specializes in diagnosing and treating patients suffering from venous and lymphatic conditions of the legs, including varicose veins and spider veins. In her practice, she utilizes a holistic, patient-centric care model that seeks to identify the root medical cause of each patients’ concerns, and customizes treatment plans to provide lasting relief from their symptoms and visible improvement in their varicose veins and spider veins.
Dr. Ruth is an expert in performing minimally invasive vein treatments. She brings her extensive training at New Jersey area hospitals to Metro Vein Centers where she employs the latest advances in vein care to provide treatments right in the clinic, without any general anesthesia or hospital stays. Dr. Ruth specializes in the latest advances in vein treatment, including state-of-the-art technologies such as radiofrequency ablation, Varithena, VenaSeal and ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy.
Dr. Ruth is a New Jersey native and has spent decades providing care to local communities. She graduated from the University of Virginia and earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Subsequently, she completed her residency training at University Hospital in Newark, NJ, and Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.
In her free time, Dr. Ruth enjoys traveling, engaging in fitness and spin classes, and is a track and field coach for a local youth club team.
