Dr. Max Hutton, M.D., is Chief Medical Officer at Metro Vein Centers and Metro Vascular. Dr. Hutton is a board-certified diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners with over 25 years of experience.
Dr. Hutton completed his residency in General Surgery at the University Hospitals of Cleveland, and continued with a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Hutton has been the Director of Vascular Surgery at Allegiance Health Systems, the Director of the Center for Vascular Health, as well as the Medical Director of Vascular Laboratories. For 22 years he was the Attending Vascular Surgeon at the University Hospitals of Cleveland in Ohio. He is the former Associate Director for the Michigan Surgical Quality Collaborative.
Dr. Hutton completed his undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Post graduate, he completed a dual track certificate program in management and medicine. He then completed his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He is currently based at the Metro Vein’s Canton office.
