Meet Our Vein Doctors

When choosing vein doctors or vein specialist, finding a physician with specific training, experience, and expertise in the treatment of veins is critical. Our doctors are board certified vein specialists who are focused on the treatment of varicose veins, spider veins and other venous diseases. In their work as vein doctors, they offer many safe, painless, and inexpensive office procedures. Each has performed numerous such procedures and can help you develop a personalized vein treatment plan.

Recognized by the American Medical Association

The physicians at Metro Vein Centers are recognized by the American Medical Association for their expertise in the treatment of varicose veins and vein disorders. The doctors are members of the American College of Phlebology (vein doctor / vein specialist society). The physicians are leaders in the use of cutting edge techniques for varicose vein treatment including EVLT, ultrasound guided sclerotherapy, and ambulatory phlebectomy.

Our board certified doctors are affiliated with local hospitals in Michigan, Texas, New Jersey & New York.

Dr. Max Hutton

Dr. Hutton MD attended Case Western Reserve University for his undergraduate studies. He continued his education at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine to complete is Doctor of Medicine. Post graduate, Dr. Hutton completed a dual track certificate program in management and medicine. Dr. Hutton graduated Magna Cum-Laude with Honors from Case Western University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Hutton completed his residency in General Surgery at the University Hospitals of Cleveland and continued with a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Hutton is currently Board Certified as a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
In his past medical experience, Dr. Hutton held many outstanding positions with Allegiance Health Systems as the Director of Vascular Surgery, the Director of the Center for Vascular Health, and the Medical Director of Vascular Laboratories. He was the Attending Vascular Surgeon at the University Hospitals of Cleveland in OH. Dr. Hutton currently holds the title of Associate Director and Executive Committee for the Michigan Surgical Quality Collaborative.
Dr. Hutton has been involved in the development of techniques as well as the technology used for the endovascular treatment of vein diseases since 2001. He has taught many courses and seminars on these techniques to physicians throughout the United States and Asia. This, in addition to practicing at the Metro Vein Centers Canton office, Dr. Hutton continues his work on Research and Development of new venous technology in Shanghai, China.

Dr. Dwijen Misra

Misra2Dr. Misra comes to Metro Vein Centers with an extensive medical background dating back to 1986 when he began his residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI; he then served as chief resident. He completed his undergraduate career at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and continued on to medical school at Wayne State University. Dr. Misra is licensed to practice medicine in both the sates of Michigan and Indiana. He is a board certified general surgeon through the American Board of Surgery, and has been elected a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Misra is a part of many professional societies including the American Medical Association, American College of Surgeons and is a past member of the Board of Governors for the American Hernia Society. He is currently a charitable board member for the Hernia Repair for the Underserved organization. Throughout his medical career, Dr. Misra has produced a number of publications, and has been involved in surgical mission trips to the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Brazil and Guatemala.

Dr. Misra currently specializes in the treatment of venous insufficiency and practices at the Metro Vein Centers Rochester Hills office!

Dr. Diana Wilsher

Dr. Wilsher DO, attended University of Michigan- Dearborn for her undergraduate studies where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and her Bachelor of Art in Philosophy. She then attended Michigan State University where she continued her education and received a Master’s degree in Philosophy. She went on to complete her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Des Moines University. She completed her internship and her Family Practice residency at Garden City Hospital.
Dr. Wilsher is a Board Certified through the American Board of Osteopathic Physicians and has been practicing medicine in Michigan for over thirteen years. She is a member of both the American Osteopathic Association and the American Medical Association. She has held numerous positions at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital between the years 2001-2012.
Dr. Wilsher currently practices at the Metro Vein Centers Dearborn office. She focuses her career on providing the best quality care to patients and to ensure that they are well-informed, comfortable and satisfied with their treatments.

Dr. Gamal Wazni

Gamal Wazni M.D., is the Co-Founder of Metro Vein Centers along with Dr. Ali Meslemani. He completed his undergraduate studies in Pharmacy at Ferris State University and received his Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Wazni is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American College of Phlebology (Physicians Specializing in Vein Disease), and the Society for Vascular Medicine. Dr. Wazni is also affiliated with Providence Hospital & Medical Centers in Novi and Southfield.
Dr. Wazni loves to train physicians and advance the field of Venous Medicine. He is currently a Consultant and National Physician Trainer for Covidien where he trains doctors in the use of the ClosureFast Catheter for the treatment of Vein Disease.

Dr. Ali Meslemani

Dr. Ali Meslemani is a native Detroiter and Co-Founder of Metro Vein Centers along with Dr. Gamal Wazni. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biomedical Science at Western Michigan University and graduated as a Doctor of Medicine from Ross University of Medicine. Dr. Meslemani also has extensive post-graduate training at both KCM and Henry Ford Hospital’s Department of Surgery.
Dr. Meslemani holds memberships at various associations including the American College of Phlebology, The American Venous Forum, the American Medical Association, and the Society of Vascular Ultrasound.
During his general surgery residency, Dr. Meslemani published multiple papers focusing on improving laparoscopic surgical techniques. It was during his residency when he found his interest in Venous Diseases, leading him to open Metro Vein Centers. Since its opening, Dr. Meslemani and Dr. Wazni have expanded Metro Vein Centers into the premier vein treatment center for metro Detroit.
Today, Dr. Meslemani focuses his time on keeping up with the latest advancements in Venous Diseases and technology in treatments along with managing his seven Metro Vein Center locations.

Dr. Hugh Pabarue

Dr. Pabarue MD, received his bachelors in Biology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He then went on to complete his Masters in biochemistry and molecular biology at Wright State University. He completed his medical education to become a Doctor of Medicine at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo.
Dr. Pabarue is double Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He is a current member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Pabarue was honored as a Mom Approved Doctor in Metro Parent Magazine in 2011 and 2012.
Dr. Pabarue’s past medical practices extend to Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He was the Attending Physician for Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Dr. Pabarue still practices after hours at St. John Macomb Township Urgent Care and After Hours Pediatric Clinic at William Beaumont – Royal Oak. His Internship and Residency were both completed in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.
Dr Pabarue keeps up on the latest advancements in varicose vein treatments to ensure that he is using the best techniques and skills he can to provide his patients with the best medical care possible. In his career at Metro Vein Centers, Dr. Pabarue strives to make all of his patients feel comfortable and satisfied with the treatment they are receiving. He currently practices at the West Bloomfield office.

Dr. Tonie Reincke

Dr. Reincke MD, is the Co-Owner and Medical Director of the Sugarland, Texas office for Metro Vein Centers. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University as a Registered Nurse. She then continued her education to become a Physician Assistant at Saint Francis University. Following that, Dr. Reincke completed her Medical School studies at Wayne State University where she graduated with an Academic Achievement Award.
Dr. Reincke is a Board Certified Interventional Radiologist. She is also a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and the American College of Phlebology.
Dr. Reincke has an extensive background in patient care as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant and a Doctor of Medicine. She is highly passionate about her career and strives to give the best care possible to all of her patients.

Dr. Jordan Garrison

Dr. Jordan Garrison is a board certified general surgeon with licensure to practice in both New York and New Jersey. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases. Dr. Garrison obtained his undergraduate degree at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and completed his medical degree at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, NJ in 1982, after in which he went on to complete his general surgery residency in 1989. In 2007-2008, Dr. Garrison fulfilled his fellowship for Bariatric Surgery.
Dr. Garrison has held professional positions as Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery, and the Director of Bariatric Surgery. He has practiced at General Vascular Surgical Associates in Newark, NJ and at the Garrison Center for Healthy Living. He has an extensive teaching history that dates from 1989 to present day, with his teaching field focusing on general surgery, clinical surgery, and is currently a robotic consultant in Bariatric Surgery.
Dr. Garrison is a member of multiple professional associations including the American College of Surgeons, National Medical Association, American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons, and the Benjamin F. Rush Surgical Society.
Currently, Dr. Garrison works at his private practice in Jersey City, NJ and practices full time at Metro Vein Centers treating Venous Insufficiency. He has an extensive interest in adult obesity, bariatric surgery, and venous diseases. He has a passion to expand his knowledge and skills to further improve the quality of life for his patients.

Dr. Mason Mandy

Dr. Mandy is a board certified general surgeon with licenses to practice medicine in New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, and Tennessee. He was trained as a general surgeon at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan before serving as a general surgeon for 3 years in the military. He then started his own private general surgery practice outside Nashville, TN, where he brought new advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures to the local hospital. In 2017 he returned to New York City with his wife and two children to start the Metro Veins Center clinic in Queens.

Dr. Alexander Batchev

Dr. Batchev is a graduate of the University of Michigan/Ann Arbor and the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Family Medicine and has been practicing since 1990. He is married and lives with his wife and three children in Rockwood, Michigan.
